The return procedure needs some basic and vital information such as
- The order number of the product
- A valid reason for return
- Contact details
Shortly after the completion of these details, you will receive a call from our sales assistant, who will assist you through all the way.
1. The product/s must be returned within the next 7 business days upon receipt.
2. The FF: Reasons may be subject for return.
- Damaged Item
- Item Not as Advertised
- Missing parts/items
- Defective item
- Changed of mind (Only applicable to Clothing and Apparel, however for hygienic reasons, swimwear or intimate apparel can no longer be returned.)
3. The product subjected for return must not be used, with its tag being still intact. It should be carefully placed in its original packaging or box. Any product returned in a different packaging will be cancelled and its return warranty will automatically expire.
4. The product can only be exchanged for another product either of equal value or an exact item of a different model, size and color (subjected to its availability).
5. The exchange product is limited to once per item and per order. Please note that the customer will have to bear the shipping charge for exchanging products.
6. In case, the returned product is not defective and has been returned for no apparent cause (refer to #3, and #4) but the customer opts for the amount credited back to their account, Kabizko.com will return 80% of the total cost of the said product/item.
7. For refunds, with an amount less than or equal to P150, will not be refunded. Instead, it will be credited to the account as a pre-deposit for the next purchase.
8. Cash refunds are applicable only on orders paid through Bank Deposit and COD Payments. However, while refunding for PayPal, refund will be directly credited to the holder’s accounts.
9. At Kabizko, we take any shipping mishaps into considerations. In case, there is any wrong/defective items have been delivered, we offer a 10 day return without additional shipping charge (refer #3, and #4).
10. We also offer a full refund, if and only if, the exact product is no longer available/out of stock and you would not settle for an exchange with another product.
11. This process may take ideally between 3 to 5 working days and in any of the banks, namely, BDO or BPI.
12. Warranty – All items have their own respective warranty, depending on manufacturer terms. Warranty is only applicable on defective items, physically damaged item/s are not covered by our warranty. All Warranty Concerns are for review and approval by our Sales Team.

Kabizko.com relies its shipment procedures with 2GO and Ninja Van. Together, we make a pledge to provide our customers the best product(s)/service(s).
The products available in-stock are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours once payment from the customer is done (Except For COD). Shipments usually take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. (Please note that provincial order(s) may take even longer shipping duration) the cut off time for accepting orders, and payments (FOR NON COD) is 11:00 AM after which remaining orders/payments will be accepted the next working day.
. In an event that a customer fails to coordinate with the confirmation of orders, an order will be automatically cancelled after 3 to 4 days.
Kabizko also ensures the safe and timely dispatch and reception of the product(s). The actual shipment details, namely the tracking number will be forwarded by Kabizko either via SMS or E-mail.
